Blog author and attorney Laurel Anne Markus will be presenting on the topic of Medical Marijuana and Parenting Time at an upcoming Colorado Bar Association CLE conference. They will discuss relevant considerations to the allocation of parenting time and decision making responsibilities when a parent is using legally prescribed medical marijuana.
